The outside play area has over grown weeds and grass along the fence line as well as over grown weeds and grass growing around and inside of children's play equipment. A water table was observed with dirty standing water. One riding toy had exposed wires as the seat cover was missing. One part of the play area has rocks and other debris that is accessible to children and poses a safety risk.
