Four infants ages 13 - 17 months old were observed seated at feeding tables. The required safety straps were not fastened while in use. Caregivers were asked to fasten the straps during the inspection.

During the inspection it was found bibs, mats, and spoons used by infants in care during meal times were washed in the handwashing sink. This was corrected at inspection when management informed all operation staff of new system being implemented which is to place meal items in sanitation bins to be sanitized in workroom.
