In the infant 2 class has a play pen that has the net part ripped, the air vent has visible dirt on it, the paint is chipping. The table in the pre-k room is broken and laying on it's side. There are three broken shelves in the pre-k room as well. In the toddler 2 class there is a ceiling tile that is saturated and appears to have mold on it.

An assistant caregiver arrived for the day to help in that room. 4 year old room: The room was over ratio by 3 children. An assistant caregiver arrived for their shift and was placed in the room. Note: All rooms were brought into compliance before the end of the inspection.
