Two infants were observed sleeping on a nap cot. This was corrected at inspection when the operation place two additional cribs in the classroom.

Medication was left at the operation for children that did not follow the label instructions for the child's age range. *This was corrected at inspection when the medication was removed and sent home.

The fencing on the younger playground did not go all the way to the ground which allowed a gap. This was corrected at inspection when wood was secured at the bottom of the fence closing the gap.
