One infant was observed sitting in a high chair without the safety straps fastened. This was corrected when the caregiver fastened the safety straps.

While reviewing eight staff files, one was missing a photo ID and the other was missing proof of their background check. The photo ID was corrected during the inspection when the ID was copied and placed in the file.
