Observed multiple classrooms without bottles labled with the infants first name and last initial, this was corrected when the bottles were labled.

Observed a nail sticking out from a picnic table, Green turf that is ripped causing a tripping hazards. I also observed a wooden house that had broken pieces of wood causing a concern for splinters. There were also metal stakes that were sticking up from the border of the playgrounds, which were corrected when they were stepped on to make them go back into the ground.
