    The following hazards observed during inspection: An orange electrical cord hanging from the electrical outlet to the wall that accessible to children. Children may pull on it or tripped on it. This cord is locate in the hallway where children walk by regularly. A green electric cord laying on the floor from the outlet to the TV that can pose a tripping hazard. Wall paint tripping from wall in the room next to the four years old class. Dirty carpet in two classroom that accessible to children. Dirty air vent in all classrooms. Uncovered electrical outlet in the four years old class. The electrical outlet also exposed out from the wall. The sink in the restroom that locate in the cafeteria chipped paint, wood exposed and need replace. A section of the ceiling in the three year old room cracked open. The sink counter in the three year old room need replace. Paint in the hall way chipped in a large areas. Several paint chipped from the ceiling in the three years old room. Door to the "Restricted Area" was not stable, the door is not close properly. Nails were exposed in several places from the outside climbing structures. Severl wood panels are broken that pose a risk to children.
