A frame for a canopy on the toddler playground has two broken pipe pieces that are suspended and only attached to one end. One piece is suspended at a 45 degree angle pointing to the ground. The canopy frame requires immediate repair to prevent the broken pieces from coming completely detached and falling into the outdoor space. The piece that was at a 45 degree angle was repaired at inspection and the other piece will require a taller ladder to reach for repair.

The plastic kitchen was pushed over onto the ground on top of a child and additional children were sitting on the child through the openings of the kitchen.
