The diapering changing surface top in the Barnyard classroom has come unattached to the bottom of the cabinet. It can be moved by adults and children easily. Allows access to interior drawers and poses a hazard.

There is a hole in fence on the west side at the very back. It is large enough for a child to squeeze through. This hole is to another fenced area that is overgrown with weeds and trees. Worker cannot verify if this other area is completely fenced in.
