Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. Prior to or within 12 months of employment, teaching personnel obtain and maintain a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF – Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder.

Thermometers are clearly visible in each refrigerator and freezer used for children's food unless equipped with functioning built-in thermometers.

The thermometer in the kitchen was not working so could not verify the correct temperature. There was no thermometer in the infant classroom.
