414.3(g) · Peeling or damaged paint or plaster must be repaired.

414.4(a) · Suitable precautions must be taken to eliminate all conditions which may contribute to or create a fire hazard.

414.4(i) · A record of all inspections and all corrections must be maintained at the program or at a central location available for review upon request.

414.5(a) · Suitable precautions must be taken to eliminate all conditions in areas accessible to children which pose a safety or health hazard.

414.15(c)(33) · The program must maintain on file at the program, available for inspection by the Office or its designees at any time, the following records in a current and accurate manner: documentation from the local government authority having jurisdiction for determining compliance with the Fire and Building Code of New York State

414.15(a)(4) · The provisions specified on the registration are binding and the school-age child care program must operate in compliance with the terms of the registration. The number and age range of children specified thereon are the maximum number and age range of children who may be in the care of the school-age child care program at any one time.
