417.14(m) · All child care programs must have at least one caregiver, who holds a valid certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid, on the premises of the child care program during the program's operating hours.

417.2(d)(1) · Applicants for renewal of a registration must submit to the Office at least 60 days in advance of the expiration date of the registration the following: a completed application for renewal, including required attestations, on forms furnished by the Office or approved equivalents.
