416.5(a) · Suitable precautions must be taken to eliminate all conditions in areas accessible to children which pose a safety or health hazard.

416.11(a)(7) · With the exception of children meeting the criteria of section 416.11(a)(6), children enrolled in child day care must remain current with their immunizations in accordance with the current schedule for required immunizations established in the New York Public Health Law.
