413.2(c)(16) · Group teacher means a classroom staff person who, under the supervision of a director, is responsible for planning and supervising age appropriate activities for a given group of children. A group teacher must possess the minimal regulatory qualifications required to oversee the needs and safety of children in a child care center or school age child care group.
