416.7(n) · Cribs, bassinets and other sleeping areas for infants through 12 months of age must include an appropriately sized fitted sheet, and must not have bumper pads, toys, stuffed animals, blankets, pillows, wedges or infant positioners. Wedges or infant positioners will be permitted with medical documentation from the child's health care provider.

416.4(a) · Suitable precautions must be taken to eliminate all conditions which may contribute to or create a fire hazard.

416.5(e) · Porches, decks or stairs with more than two steps must have railings with a barrier extending to the floor or ground to prevent children from falling. Acceptable types of barriers include, but are not limited to, balusters, intermediate rails, and heavy screening.

416.5(p) · Glass in outside windows less than 32 inches above the floor level must be of safety grade or otherwise protected by use of barriers to avoid accidental impact.

416.4(b)(1) · Evacuation drills must be conducted at least monthly during the hours of operation of the group family day care home.

416.11(c)(1) · The Licensee must prepare a health care plan on forms furnished by the Office. Such plan must protect and promote the health of children.
