Per Director, they will have a staff meeting to go over supervision at the facility. Staff agenda with signatures of attendance will be provided to LPA. LPA is instructing licensee and staff to watch the "Supervising Children in Child Care Center" video on www.ccld.childcarevideos.org. Based on observation, LPAs observed Child #1 alone by themself in the back play yard with no adult supervision. This is an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. Staff will write summaries of video and provide copy to LPA by POC date.
