101216.2(e) · Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties An aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher.
by: An aide was left in the classroom to Owner stated the aide will not be left alone with children without a qualified teacher being present. The staff leaving aide in classroom no longer works at facility. An all staff meeting is scheduled for Monday, supervise children while teacher went on break and/ or lunch and the children were not napping. This is an immediate risk to a child. 3/12/2023 this will be on the agenda. He will send a sign in sheet of all attending meeting. LIC 9224 was given and discussed at time of inspection. If POC is not corrected by 3/13/2023 a civil penalty may be assessed.
