    Based on interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In the course of the investigation, Site Supervisor agrees to submit a written plan/statement as to how they will assure compliance with the cited section. Written plan/statement to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 1/30/2026 it was determined that some parent/legal guardians had been informed that the facility closes at 5:30pm and/or earlier than 6:00pm, which differs from the parent handbook and facility license, which state 6:00pm. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
