    Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 5 out of 5 items. The following was found in the on-limit kitchen area of the facility: Prescription medications were found in one of the cabinets without a lock on it. Knives were found in a seperate cabinet, also without locks. In the on-limit restroom, there were loofah's and shampoos/conditioner in the bathtub. All of these items were accessible to the children in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 12/21/2022
