Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon entering the facility LPA observed the licensee with seven children, none of which were six years old and/or enrolled in Kindergarten or Elementary School. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 5 out of 5 items. The following was found in the on-limit kitchen area of the facility: Prescription medications were found in one of the cabinets without a lock on it. Knives were found in a seperate cabinet, also without locks. In the on-limit restroom, there were loofah's and shampoos/conditioner in the bathtub. All of these items were accessible to the children in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 12/21/2022

It was observed, that two infants (under the age of 2) were placed in the crib with blankets. One child also had a bottle in the crib, with blankets hanging from each side of the crib.
