    Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPAs observed knives to be placed in a drawer in the kitchen were the safety latch was broken, leaving the knives accessible to children in care. LPAs observed cleaning solutions under the kitchen where the safety latch was broken and the solutions were made accessible which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
