Site supervisor with Program director wil provide training on the next staff meeting and to go over health and safety training under title 22 and title 5 as well as montessori practice and to strengthen the onboarding process. Based on interviews and record reviews, the teacher fed an infant food the infant is allergic to on two different days... which poses an potential Health and, Safety and personal Rights risk to persons in care.

Program Director and SIte Supervisor will review handbook with staff and make any adjustments. SIte Supervisor will write a letter to LPA about instructions on adjustments to family handbook and illness policy. Based on observation, interviews conducted and record review, the Center did not comply with the section cited above as staff were not able to meet infant child’s needs, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
