These rights include, To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse, or other actions of a punitive nature Licensee will review the aforementioned section. Licensee will write a letter stating she unnerstands the aforementioned citation/regulation or write a letter which part of the regualtion she needs clarification. Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (1) Fireplaces and open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. The home shall contain a fire extinguisher and smoke detector device which meet standards established by the State Fire Marshall.
