Currently there are 7 infants enrolled and the facility has 7 cribs in the room. Based on information obtained from text messages, photos, and interviews with outside sources, it was determined that facility does not have an adequate amount of cribs for infants enrolled and will have infants share cribs or a play yard which is an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
